The DMS Africa affordable housing concept consist of a range of general housing designs from 1 bedroom houses to larger family houses, ranging from 28m2 to over 100m2 in size. Also, customer adapted designs can be designed as the concept is flexible in size and shape.

The houses are pre-fabricated in our factory for speed in delivery and to create a unified quality.

Only requirement on site is a 15 cm thick concrete base, the remaining can be delivered by DMS Africa, including sanitary and kitchen if so required.
